We declare within this document our application of GDPR principles to our customers, suppliers and business partners.

We always take the security of your data seriously. No unauthorised personnel has access to this data and the information you provide is only shared within our business to enable trading with you. Stanley Gibson is not in the business of trading on the information you have provided.

Data removal

UK tax law requires us to keep your basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years from last invoice after to which time all will be destroyed by deletion from the computer and shredding of any paper copies. You may write to request a copy of the data we hold on you for clarification and editing if required. You can ask for your information to be deleted or removed if there is not a compelling reason for us to continue to store it.

Storage of information

We use a Cloud based storage system to manage and backup all data, therefore our data is held both within the storage supplier’s locale and our own computer server. More information may be obtained on request.
